Pink Ladies X

Hello Lovelies

Weddings are beautiful things. Where a man and a woman come together and join as one. Happily ever after. This weekend was my friend's bridal shower. We had a lovely time.
So being the last minute unorganised me I always am. I knew for weeks and weeks that this bridal shower was coming up, and only I could've of left it till the actual day to go and actually buy something lol.

I wasn't very sure whether or not I was actually going to find a nice dress but I did. After a few trials and errors I found this lovely pink/ peachy dress, so classy and so feminine.

This was perfect for the occasion.. Why!?  Because its so girly, although this was my first ever bridal shower this is the kind of stuff I usually see the ladies where to such occasions. It was a pink ladies kind of night, all the ladies came together to support in style.

What I loved about this dress is the way it sits on my structure and the way it's perfect on my structure too. I love the off shoulder style, it adds a classy touch to it leaves it all to the imagination. Not to forget the beautiful beautiful colour, so bright so me!! Even in winter season I love my brights lol. I thought they'd go great with my silver courts too.

So here I am..

Riri .. At the White House

We may not all be a big fun of her music and the way she does things. But you've got to love Rihanna for one thing which is her style.

I love Rihanna for one thing her style she is always keeping it fresh, you can never predict what she's gonna wear next., below is her outfit to the White House.

Yesterday Rihanna and a few of her team went off to visit the White House and Miss Ri looked surprisingly dashing in this Ankara Midi dress, and stripe sleeve and collar shirt.

Although spotted before on Karen Civil

No one rocks this Stella Jean dress quite like Fashion forward Ri, with a lovely black sandal and cute black handbag and of course hair tied in a messy bun.

Black & Orange

Hey Guys !!

So sorry I've been MIA .. I was so busy with my exams and coursework, I just couldn't seem to find the time to take pictures and post them on the blog.

Today I'm gonna do #ThrowBackThursday post on an outfit I wore a while ago. I decided particularly to do this post because it has two wardrobe must have's from my #WardrobeMustHave edition.

One being the LBD .. (Little black dress), which I always emphasise over and over again, about how every lady young or old NEEDS a black dress. A black dress goes with absolutely everything, and what I particularly love is how you can wear it however you like. Whether in the office or at a party, it just depends with how you accessorise it.

Here I am wearing it with an orange blazer, and I accessorised it with a gold belt and necklace. I'm not sure what particular look I was going for lol.!! But I loved it at the time.

The second wardrobe must have being my orange blazer. I love this blazer very much, the colour is absolutely gorgeous.
It always brings that liveliness to the outfit , as may or may not know I don't like down and boring colours. I love bright colours.

With this blazer in particular I love it because I can wear it with jeans and a shirt, or a skirt .. However I like it can be reused over and over again.
Unlike the black dress with is more office like because of the material.

Accessories #WardrobeMustHave

Hey Guys!!

So this month I'm gonna be focusing on wardrobe must haves. So I'm still wearing the same white midi Dress from last weeks post. This time with different accessories.

ACCESSORIES !! Love them or hate them. You GOTTA HAVE THEM. Especially statement piece necklaces, they're perfect for spicing up your outfit and completely transforming your look.

We all know times are really getting harder and harsher. The economy is constantly going up and down, so not everyone may be able stock up a whole load in their wardrobe. But you can always stay fashionable, and chic with statement jewellery.

Here I am wearing an aqua and gold necklace with a white dress, and matching court shoes. I love this necklace because firstly it's so beautiful the colour is just georgous. This necklace can be worn with anything, maybe simple jeans and a blazer or a maxi skirt even a dinner dress (depending on the colour).

But there I was .. Ready to go

( sorry guys !! I'm new to blogging .. Will sort out the posing) *covers face*

Statement Shoes !! #WardrobeMustHave

Hey Guys!!

Ive decided to start doing a series of posts on wardrobe must haves. Today I'm doing a post on my red heels. I'm gonna be talking about red heels and why every woman needs a pair. #WardrobeMustHave
It's not a secret that us women love our shoes and high heels, you can never have too many they say. Which is very true !!

But for all my ladies on a budget, I would recommend that whatever you have in your shoe closet make sure you have that statement, it can be any bright color that makes your outfit pop!! I would recommend red because red shoes can punch up the blandest of outfits and make a bold, confident statement.

Red shoes also look perfect when matched with neutrals and patterns that contain faint traces of red. Even just a nice black dress or when used for colour blocking. You can also wear them for a casual look with jeans

Here I paired mine with a white midi dress and red necklace...

Dress: (timeless piece bought ages ago, can't remember *sorry*), I think a little shop on Oxford

Lady in Red

Hey Guys..!!!

So today I'm doing a post on my red strapless midi dress.

First of let me start by saying Red dresses are RED HOT!! What's not to love about a red dress?! You know I love my midi dresses, I love to dress more elegantly and classy. The mature lady kind of look. It's showing just the right amount of skin.

A red dress is be a bold fashion statement, but if worn well, it can create a look that seems classic and elegant.

When I chose accessories to wear with the dress, I stick with simple, unobtrusive pieces that add a little interest and contrast without drawing too much attention. I really wanted the focus to be on this gorgeous dress. Although I did add red lipstick to add a little more drama to the outfit. Paired the dress with bow knot heels too.

I think this dress would be perfect on a date or a romantic evening out, not only is it appropriate but the colour screams romance.

But there I was ready to go ...

There She Goes ...

Hi guys..!!!

Today I am wearing a beautiful green midi peplum dress, that has crystal detail on the shoulder, paired with some black court shoes.

Now y'all know I'm a sucker for dresses that compliment my figure right ? .. Well if you didn't know, I am. I love the way this dress fits on me it's not too tight and it's not too lose. Like I always say women's clothes should be tight enough to show your a woman but lose enough to show your a lady. That's partly the reason I chose it every time I see a nice curve hugging dress .. I got to have it.

With this dress I obviously loved the design and the colour, I like the peplum on the waist which balances out and proportions your figure. I also love the crystal detail on the shoulder it gives it that little bit of glam.

This dress can be worn to a dinner, a date, wherever you want to wear it and deem appropriate. To accessorise you can always go with diamond earring to match the crystals on the shoulder and a diamond bracelet. I don't think this dress needs a necklace otherwise we'd have a lot going on, it takes the focus away from the crystals.

But there I was ready to go...

Lilac Princess

Hey Guys..

Today I'm doing a post on this girly Midi Purple skater dress.

Well firstly everyone who knows me knows I'm very girly. I'm very feminine, I love bright colours and pretty dresses. I'm the type of girl you wouldn't catch wearing a tracksuit and trainers.. ( I'm not even sure I own trainers and a tracksuit).
Everything I buy whether it be for summer or winter is girly.

My personal style is very classy and ladylike. (Even though I do switch it up sometimes). So that's why I picked out this lilac skater dress.
Skater dresses are very feminine and usually quite popular. They come in different varieties. What I love about mine is the detail on the material, it has a lace overlay all around it. Every girl should own a skater dress.  A skater dress is perfect for any structure because the elastic around the waist evens out the body for an hourglass figure. Dresses like this are ideal..in fact  PERFECT for girls with boyish like structures and top heavy girls.

I have to say I felt like a little girl again wearing this and received a lot of compliments. You can wear this dress to a date, dinner, party celebrations, even Sunday best to church.

I put this dress with silver court shoes, and pearls, just to give it that classy and simple look.

But there I was ready to go...
